Cancellation Policy

SAFE HANDS CPR TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS By purchasing through Safe Hands CPR, you agree to our training terms, usage rights, payment policies, and certification requirements. All participants must be of legal age or have documented parental consent. 🔹 Deposit & Payment Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in any class. Your registration is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the scheduled class date. Students with an unpaid balance may be removed from the class roster and required to reschedule. 🔹 Blended Learning Course Requirements For all blended learning courses (online course + skills session), the online portion must be completed before scheduling or attending a skills session. Students must provide proof of completion and verification of their online course certificate before a skills session can be conducted. Failure to complete the online course prior to the skills session will result in cancellation or rescheduling fees. 🔹 Training Material Use All course content and materials are the property of Safe Hands CPR and/or its affiliates (AHA, ARC, etc.). Any reproduction, sharing, distribution, recording, or unauthorized use without written permission is strictly prohibited. 🔹 Certification Policy Certification is not guaranteed by attendance alone. Instructors reserve the right to withhold certification if a student does not: • Demonstrate required skills • Participate fully in course activities • Successfully complete required testing • Meet course standards established by the certifying organization No refunds will be issued for failure to meet certification requirements. 🔹 No Refund Policy All payments, deposits, course fees, online course fees, material fees, and certification fees are non-refundable. Students may be allowed one reschedule opportunity within 30 days, subject to availability and Safe Hands CPR's rescheduling policy. 🔹 Chargeback Policy By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card issuer for services rendered or for non-refundable training fees. Any chargebacks filed in violation of this agreement may be subject to collection actions, legal fees, court costs, and reporting to applicable credit agencies. 🔹 Media Release (Optional) By attending class, you consent to photographs or videos being taken for training, educational, or promotional purposes unless you
