Instructor Requirements​

 

To become a CPR Instructor, participants should:

✓ Be at least 18 years old

✓ Hold a current CPR certification

✓ Demonstrate strong CPR and First Aid skills

✓ Successfully complete the Instructor Essentials coursework

✓ Complete the instructor training and monitoring process

✓ Meet American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) instructor requirements

Don't currently have a CPR certification? No problem. We can add CPR certification training to your instructor program for an additional fee, ensuring you meet all prerequisites before beginning the instructor certification process.

Requirements may vary depending on the instructor program selected.

Course Fee:

Starting at $500

Current CPR certification is required. If you do not currently hold a CPR certification, we can add the required certification training to your instructor program for an additional fee.

Safe Hands CPR welcomes existing BLS and Heartsaver instructors seeking alignment with our training site.

Instructors transferring from another training center or training site should notify their current training center or training site of their intent to transfer.
