1. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Certification cards are issued only after successful completion of all required course components, including attendance, skills testing, written examinations (if applicable), and all requirements established by the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or other applicable certifying organizations.

Safe Hands CPR reserves the right to withhold certification if all course requirements are not successfully completed.

Safe Hands CPR does not guarantee employment, licensure, credentialing, or acceptance of certification by any employer, educational institution, licensing board, or regulatory agency. Participants are responsible for verifying certification requirements before registering.

Registration is not guaranteed until payment or any required deposit has been received.

Course fees are subject to change without notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of registration will be honored.

All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total course fee.

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

Missed classes

Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry if the instructor determines that course objectives cannot be completed safely or in accordance with certification requirements.
